Post subject: Problems in Bulgarian education system
Teachers from Bulgaria have been striking for more than a week against the extremely poor salaries and the absurd conditions of the contemporary education system in Bulgaria. The average monthly salary of the Bulgarian teacher is about 150 euros. The half of it is even not enough to pay the monthly bills for heating, not mentioning the electricity, telephone and other bills. With this salary teachers are doomed to starving. The Government doesn't pay any attention to the teachers' protests declaring that the topic is not among the hottest ones. Being a teacher in Bulgaria is really a hard job.
